VoyageOne started like many other startup technology companies in America, with an idea, a bunch of techy geeks and a lot of hard work. Founder Dennis Zhang (who worked in a few technology companies in Silicon Valley) and the founding team began the business journey in a small office in Southern California in 2002.

Coming from an eCommerce business, marketing, IT, operation and logistic background, we had a vision of building a successful eCommerce business where clients can use fully integrated turnkey eCommerce solutions to sell their products online without heavy IT upfront cost or a physical storefront.

Shortly that vision turned into reality in 2003. Now, for more than a decade, we have been providing our clients with fully integrated, affordable, and cloud-based eCommerce solutions to U.S. brands and retailers. Our clients have seen tremendous amount of online growth from zero to multi-million dollar revenue throughout these years. This success has been attributed to our efficient and cost effective solutions along with lower operational and marketing costs. We on the other hand, continued to add brands, resources, employees and our business kept on growing rapidly.

As a native Chinese, Dennis has been closely monitored the eCommerce development in China. In 2011, we saw a huge opportunity in China's eCommerce marketplace and opened our Shanghai office. With our deep understanding of China's eCommerce marketplace and online consumer behaviors, we developed proprietary customized eCommerce applications enabling U.S. brands, retailers, and merchants to do online business in China without having a local storefront or a local entity.

In 2012, we launched the first online store for a U.S. client; becoming a pioneer in developing a “cross-border” eCommerce model to China including Tmall, JD and others.

Since then, as a trusted eCommerce solutions delivery partner to China, we have helped other clients to deploy a cost effective, highly configurable, and easy to manage online solutions while taking the complexity out of selling products online in China.
